Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide & carbon-neutral. Here's a list of regions & conditions:
Germany - 5.00€ (2-4 business days)
France, Austria & Benelux - 10.00€ (3-5 business days)
Other EU countries - 10.00€ (3-5 business days)
Switzerland - CHF 10.00 (3-5 business days)
United Kingdom - £10.00 (3-5 business days)
United States - $25.00 (3-6 business days)
Rest of the World - 10.00-30.00€* (5-10 business days)
*Amount for your country will be calculated at checkout.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times provided by our carriers. There are instances where your package may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.
Do you offer free shipping?
You can enjoy free shipping to Europe on orders above €150 as well as to most other countries. You can find the free shipping amount for your country in the banner at the top of our website. Please note that returns are excluded from this offer.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do offer express shipping for certain countries. You can find detailed information on prices and delivery times for your region during the checkout process.
Do you ship to DHL packing stations?
Yes, we do. Just make sure that you fill in the address according to DHL's guidelines.
How about import taxes & custom fees?
Duties, taxes and other customs fees are dependent on the country you are shipping to.
Deliveries to some countries are shipped without additional duties and/or taxes (see list below). We cover them, which means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives.
In most other Non-European countries, you can choose to prepay taxes & duties at checkout or pay them upon delivery.

Can I change my address after placing an order?
You can send us an email with the updated address, but please be aware that we can only change an order if we haven't yet fulfilled it. We cannot re-route orders that have already been handed over to the shipping provider.
Please note that we do not cover any incurring costs for orders that couldn't be delivered due to address errors.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
Note that your parcel will be handed over to one of your neighbours or your local Post Office for pick-up in case you are not home to receive it. Any unclaimed parcels will be sent back to us at your own cost. Please be aware that we can't re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before placing your order.
What happens if I enter an incorrect address?
Please note that we do not cover any additional shipping costs or fees if an incorrect address was provided at the time of ordering. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any incurred costs.
Exchanges & Returns

What are Narah Soleigh's return conditions?
While we hope that you will love your new Narah Soleigh piece(s), if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item(s) within 28 days of the delivery date. Please note that the items must be received by us within this period. Returns that exceed this period will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to demand compensation for returned goods that are not in their original condition (i.e., unworn and without visible signs of use). Please use the original packaging and ensure that the returned products still have their hygiene liners and labels attached (if included). We recommend trying on garments over underwear without removing the hygiene liner (bottoms only).
Exchanges from Germany
To initiate a free exchange, follow these easy steps using our Return Portal:
- Click here to access the Return Portal.
- Select the items you wish to exchange.
- Click on 'Exchange Item'
- Choose your preferred size for the new product
- Select the return reason & create the exchange
Once we receive your return, we'll send you the exchange at no extra cost. Please note that this only works if your desired size is still available. If not, you'll receive a refund within 7 days.
International Exchanges
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for your preferred size, color, or style on our website.
Returns from Germany
If you would like to return one or more items, you can either generate your return label via our Return Portal or send a prepaid package to the following address - using the shipping provider of your choice:

IMPORTANT: If you choose DHL for your return, we recommend returning your package at a DHL Parcel shop instead of a packing station.
Please use as little tape as possible so we can re-use the box as many times as possible. Additionally, we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method so we can file a tracking request with the shipping provider in case your parcel gets lost or damaged along the way.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
International Returns
If you would like to return one or more items, you can generate your return label via our International Return Portal. Click here to access the return portal.
If you live within the EU & opt against the Return Portal, feel free to send a prepaid package to the address below - using the shipping provider of your choice:

IMPORTANT: Please note that you MUST use our Return Portal for UK orders to guarantee the accurate handling of taxes and duties. Alternative returns will not be accepted. Consequently, we will not cover any shipping costs or fees associated with returns that were not processed through our return portal
Once we have inspected your return, we will issue a refund equivalent to the original purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
This will be provided as store credit, ready to use on future purchases.

Can I return items via a DHL packing station?
Technically it's possible, but we do not recommend doing it. Shipping times are very long & we have had a lot of issues with lost packages in the past. Therefore we always recommend dropping the package at a DHL parcel shop instead.
Can I return items from several orders in one package?
Absolutely. Just add all items in one package & send it back to us. We take care of the rest. This also applies if you decide to create a return via our Return Portal. Just initiate a return for one of the orders & add the items from the other order to the package.
How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after receiving & examining your return. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
Pre-orders

What are pre-order items?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to you once available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available. The estimated shipping date is noted on the respective product page. Please note that this is an approximate time frame & delays may occur.
What if my order contains pre-order items as well as regular items?
To keep shipping as sustainable as possible, we usually don't split orders. This means the items will be shipped together in one package once the pre-order items become available. If that doesn't work for you, we kindly ask you to place separate orders. This also applies for pre-order items with different shipping date estimates, meaning we ship everything in one package once all items become available.
Example: Item A has an expected shipping date in November, while Item B will ship in December. Your order will be shipped in December.
Can discount codes be applied to pre-order items?
Please note that for items with a pre-order discount, no additional discount codes can be applied.
